A Short Story
Josephine "Joey" though she was having the worst day ever. First, her date to her brother's wedding cancels on her at the last minute, and then she sprains her ankle walking into the reception. She thought the night couldn't worsen when she's left alone at her table as her family enjoys the festivities until she meets a mysterious, handsome man who volunteers to keep her company. He's everything she ever hoped for but is he too good to be true?

Neffi loves her new life in the Upper Dimension, and even though she wouldn't wish to be anywhere else in time, something is still missing from her life. Until she meets little Panya, one of her youngest students at the Agricultural Center, where she teaches botany. Panya is orphaned and living with her elderly grandmother, who can no longer care for Panya. Neffi has a plan for them both; she hopes that Aki will go along with it once she asks, "Did you miss me?"

Jack finds himself in a war, not of his making. Fighting an unbeatable opponent and the only thing that keeps him grounded are the infrequent letters he receives from his youngest sister Jazz. He can't wait to hear the latest news about Mrs. Hernandez's dog or who got the gardener's job at the camp, but when one of Jazz's letters leaves him weary, he'll do anything to get to the bottom of it. Will he make it back home in time to help, or will his efforts be in vain?
